Rooftop Soiree

It's Wedding Wednesday again, and this week we're in love with Rooftop Weddings!
Imagine your ceremony with the skyline as your backdrop, or your reception under the stars without the restrictions of a park? Incredible, right?

We've been inspired by some beautiful weddings in the big apple, like this brightly colored wedding on top of the Rockefeller Center.

Unfortunately here in Orange County we don't have such breath taking city scapes or many finished roofs for that matter. But luckily we have Disney fireworks visible from almost all of north county rooftops, and we have the magic of rentals...

To re-create the glory of east coast roof tops bring in your own luscious greens like these boxwoods from FormDecor, as well as their fabulous "grass" rugs to add even more opulence to your roof top event.

The great thing about a rooftop is it's versatility. The Meridian Club in Fullerton has a fantastic rooftop with panoramic views of mountains and city lights, with spectacular sunsets, and cool Orange County breezes that combine to create an elegant and romantic atmosphere for you and your guests.
The large rooftop is virtually a blank canvas that can be turned into any event theme.

Because the sky is your only limit, rooftops are truly a designers dream. You can create a unique contemporary feel, or a beautiful rustic event with farm tables, and it all feels just as natural.

And of course you also get the luxury of dancing the night away with the stars above you and the city lights around you.

  1. A rooftop wedding sounds like a cool idea! I’ve attended a rooftop wedding once, and wow! I really enjoyed the breathtaking view of the sunset. It was a great experience!
