It's Our 20th Anniversary!!!

Colette's events is very proud to announce that we have been serving orange county for 20 years now!
And what better way to celebrate then by throwing a party for all of our friends and family!
Here's just some of the great photos caught by Jeremy of Lucero Photography.

In celebrating 20 years Colette's Events also launched our new website, which inspired our crisp contemporary design. Choosing a mod all white look with pops of orange, where our food would stand out as the main attraction.

Our chef served his "Better Than" Classic Mac, and a creamy White Mac. Guests were invited to add in their own toppings making their perfect individual mac n cheese.

Our other food station featured lamb osso bucco with roasted root vegetables.

Beautiful, fun, and quirky flowers from our dear friend Tiffany at Urban Gardener added the perfect pop of color to our mod all white party.
And Jeff the Typewriter Guy was also there to delight our guests with his 30 second stories! Typed with a vintage typewriter that Jeff restored himself. All of the stories were both adorable and clever, and gave our guests the perfect memento to take home from the party.

As for the tray passed appetizers we created a menu ideal for drink pairings. With our shrimp and avocado ceviche we paired it with a light Mexican Cerveza. Short ribs atop creamy mashed potatoes were paired with a Cabernet, curry chicken stuffed dates were paired with a Riesling to balance the spices, and a beet crisp with Colette's California chop was paired with a Chardonnay.

Black Tie Events supplied us with a friendly DJ that kept the party going!

Our Cake Goddess set up this beautiful dessert display in our tasting room. Complete with mini pies, cake pops, and our 20th anniversary cake, to end the night with a sweet treat.

Thanks for celebrating with us from the Colette's Family!

  1. The place is ideal for catering events! The red and white motif clearly brought justice to the ambiance. Oh, and I agree with the creamy white mac! Choosing your own toppings makes it more fun to eat the all-time kid’s favorite. I fell in love with your trays of appetizer. Sexy but true to its purpose: to set the appetite of the guests.
